Dr Andile Molokomme is a versatile young leader, who is passionate about the youth, nation building, leadership, mentorship and beauty amongst other things.

At age 29, she has well established herself in the medical, philanthropic, and business spaces. She is a qualified medical doctor and owns her own medical practice (drandie.co.za), which offers a wide range of medical services; from general consultations to medical aesthetic services. She obtained her medical degree at the age of 23 from Sefako Makgotho Health Sciences University, with a final year average of 70% on record time [https://www.smu.ac.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/2021-Alumni-newsletter-DEC_compressed.pdf].

She spans over 5 years of excellent medical practice. At the age of 25 while doing her second year internship she launched her cosmetic line: Andi Beauty cosmetics (andibeauty.co.za) which has sold over 4000 beauty products since inception in 2021. Her company Andi Beauty won best woman in Business in 2023 at the Emerge Africa awards. Within three years of existence; the cosmetic line gave birth the her 3rd entity to her enterprise-the Andi Beauty spa located 404 West Street in Pretoria North (andibeautyspa.co.za). Andi Beauty spa offers a wide range of relaxation services from massages, facials, pedicure, manicure, facials etc.

With regards to her beauty brand, she says it is for women and by women, that seeks to see each woman living out their God-given purpose and calling for their lives. With a mission to empower women all over the world to cherish, recognize, and exude the true essence of beauty; no matter their cultural background or origin.

Beautiful beyond limit, she says, every woman is. Her passion for beauty can be traced as far back as her campus days-where she taught herself the art of makeup while making extra income from it. From selling beauty products on campus, she was inspired to launch and have her own brand one day. Two years into her medical internship training; was Andi Beauty brought to light and has been exponentially growing and expanding ever since. From local sales to international distributors there is no telling how far big the company will be in the near future.

Her personal joy as far as women and beauty are concerned, is them knowing that they are already beautiful, long way before lifting their makeup brushes. For women to enjoy the art of makeup, without having it as a shield or camouflage but in its purest form.

Her company Andi Beauty (PTY) Ltd is one of the official sponsors at Phenomenal Young Persons NPO 181-231 (phenomenalyoungpersons.org) an NPO she started when she was in high school and has sunce impacted over 30 000 young lives since inception. Her NPO is both a pivotal stakeholder in the department of basic education & higher education as well as for young people and women. She currently serves as the President of the NPO, the organization is also a recognized and functional society at the University of Pretoria, Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University, Tshwane University of Technology and the TVET colleges.

Aside her passion for medicine, community upliftment and youth empowerment, Dr Andile (MBChB SMU 2019) is alo a youth pastor, writer, tv host, mentor, speaker, and so much more. She also holds a distinction certificate in community journalism from UNISA (2016) and has been a faith columnist twice at Move Magazine and written a couple of articles for online magazines both on faith and medicine.

Dr Andi is a devout christian and is committed to her calling and ensuring that all man come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ as we await His Coming.
